What?

The DCWEEK Hackathon + Dev Days are a chance for DCWEEK devs to learn from one another, and work on passion projects/new ideas. Hack, hang, teach, learn...whatever.

What are the prizes and give-aways?

• A $20,000 prize pool has just been announced thanks to the SBA's Apps for Entrepreneurs challenge!Full details are here.

• Another $10,000 prize pool is up for grabs that day for those building Windows Mobile apps.
• Apps for Entrepreneurs is also providing 100 free Gold Badges to DCWEEK for developers at the hackathon. You'll get the badge code on 11/6 - if you've bought a badge already this one can be used for someone else.
• MoDevEast mobile development & strategy conference and hackathon takes place Dec 2-3 at the Gannett Conference Center in Mclean, VA. Conference organizers will be awarding 15 conference passes worth $200 each as spot prizes to developers at the DCWeek Hackathon. To learn more about the conference visit, www.modeveast.com

What's the schedule?

8:00am - Doors open for coffee/bagels

9:00am - Quick welcome by DCWEEK and quick agenda building (you propose a topic)

10:00am - Session 1: Chose from 3 sessions proposed morning of by attendees

11:00am - Session 2: Chose From 3 sessions proposed morning of by attendees (one will focus on Apps for Entrepreneurs)

12:00pm - Lunch break then open hacking till 6pm

When?

Sunday 11/6 from 9am to 6pm 

Where?

We're taking over the full floor of Microsofts Chevy Chase HQ.
